ANNOUNCING ---
TWO NEW BLOCKS OF THE MONTH |
FIRST:
|
Beginning in October and lasting for 6 months will be The Roaring Twenties Block of the Month from Studio E Fabrics. The finished quilt (72" X 84") is a gorgeous Art Deco pattern in the rich colors of "Peppered Cottons" designed by Pepper Cory for Studio E Fabrics. (Peppered Cottons are yarn-dyed shot cottons, meaning the weft and warp are two different colors, giving each color a unique look.) Quilt designer, Judith Gauthier, has recorded several videos for help in sewing each month’s block that are available on the Studio E Fabrics website.

SECOND:

Beginning in January 2022 and lasting for 12 months, will be Toes in the Sand Block of the Month.
The "Toes in the Sand" pattern uses "Daydreamer," Tula Pink’s newest line of fabrics with a pattern from Jaybird Quilts. (Finished quilt measures 64" X 84")

QUILT SHOP CO-OP is open to EVERYONE.
Both members AND non-members are always welcome to shop. But did you know that, buying a membership is the same as buying an ownership share?
Members are THE owners of the Co-op.
For a one-time cost ($120) Co-op members are entitled to benefits (such as 30% off of one shopping trip offered this month), the opportunity at the yearly Annual Meeting to vote for board directors and amendments, and to run for the board of directors. (REMEMBER: It's on Saturday, November 6 this year.) Members' voices help shape the Co-op's choices and paths, as it did this past spring when all members had the chance to participate in a survey. And, of course, memberships are also an important source of income in a cooperative.
So, even if you are already a member, please tell your friends about Quilt Shop Co-op and urge them to join us!
